Happy Graduation season Bartlesville and Grand Lake! We know that if you are helping throw a party or hosting one this year, then you are probably overwhelmed with all that there is to do. Well, today we are bringing you one of of our favorite, easy to make, spinach dips from our friends over at TheCookieRookie. The recipe is a Parmesan Spinach Dip and it is AMAZING!

This recipe brings together all of the things we love about spinach dip and puts a healthy spin on it! It is simple, easy, and a dish your guests will love! Below we have a recipe card and the recipe instructions. HAPPY GRADUATION SEASON and to all our 2015 graduates, CONGRATULATIONS!

Ingredients:

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (1 package), thawed. (Pat out the excess liquid with a paper towel)
½ cup light sour cream
¾ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 small can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1½ cup shredded low moisture/low fat mozzarella cheese
Pinch fresh pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined
Place ingredients in a slow cooker on high, stirring occasionally. Once dip is hot, you can set the cooker on warm while serving.
Serve with baked pita chips, or crackers.
Enjoy!
