Are you ready for a quick and easy way to make ice cream? Well, this week while thumbing through Facebook we happened upon this Buzzfeed Video:
When we saw this we knew right away, this is Recipe Friday worthy. Now, if you watched the video you are probably all set to go. The ice cream only involves two simple ingredients: Heavy Whipping Cream and Sweetened Condensed Milk. We did go ahead and create a recipe card for you and the instructions are all there at the bottom again.
The best part about the ice cream is you get to add your favorite toppings and flavors. When we made it this week we used bananas, chocolate chips, and peanut butter. IT WAS DELICIOUS! However, what we want to know is what you will create! So, this week, if you decided to try it out, then snap a picture of it, post it on Facebook, and use #recipefriday, so we can see what you create! We hope you love this as much as we did!
Ingredients
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
- Add 1 pint of heavy whipping cream and whip until it forms nice soft peaks.
- Add in your sweetened condensed milk and mix until thick and well combined
- Mix in whatever topping you’d like!
